POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing. This role offers the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting and business development within the life sciences sector, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors for staffing solutions.
• Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and expand service offerings.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for life sciences professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing resources to identify top talent.
• Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
• Collect and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development; 8 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
