POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences roles. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with industry leaders, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to talent acquisition in non-patient facing clinical roles. The ideal candidate is experienced in business development within the life sciences sector, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors for staffing solutions.
- Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for roles in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across all career stages.
- Utilize ATS and other sourcing tools to develop a robust candidate network.
- Implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize hiring processes and achieve recruitment goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and results-driven work environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
