POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in full-cycle recruiting and business development within a fast-paced, innovative industry. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruitment or sales within life sciences, possesses excellent communication skills, and is motivated by achieving results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop targeted business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across all career stages.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing resources to identify top talent.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
- Collect and analyze data to refine hiring processes and improve outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools effectively.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a supportive team environment.
