- This position is temporary with potential for permanent placement, providing hands-on experience in hospitality management and operations.

- Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and managing food deliveries across multiple office locations.
- Engage in administrative tasks such as data entry, email communication, and expense reporting.

- Work hours are rotational within a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule, ensuring operational coverage.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, dining areas, and kitchen facilities.
- Prepare and stock food items, beverages, and supplies for daily staff dining services.
- Manage food deliveries, sort and label items, and ensure proper storage.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and expense reporting.
- Support ad hoc events by coordinating food delivery and setup.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to address hospitality needs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards in all operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel for administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Physical capability to transport supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rotational schedule and varying operational needs.
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
