POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division. This role focuses on full-desk recruitment and business development within the IT sector, offering opportunities to build strategic partnerships and foster client relationships. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, experienced in IT recruitment, and eager to advance their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-desk recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in suitable roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Participate in professional networking events to enhance industry presence and attract top talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Proven knowledge of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Experience in cold calling, follow-ups, and client negotiations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ethical standards and a collaborative mindset to succeed in team settings.
