Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division. This position offers the opportunity to engage with top-tier professionals and businesses in the IT sector, fostering relationships and driving recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-desk recruiting, business development, and possesses a strong understanding of IT industry trends and staffing solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute full-desk recruiting strategies for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand client base and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to inform strategic recruitment and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to align recruitment strategies with client needs and market demands.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to secure profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Participate in professional networking events to enhance industry presence and attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Proven knowledge of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions.
