POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction 360 Full Desk Recruiter or Business Developer to join our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) division. This role focuses on expanding our client base and developing strategic relationships within the commercial construction sector. The ideal candidate is driven, financially motivated, and knowledgeable about construction project lifecycles and skilled roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage contractors and construction firms to generate new placement opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and hiring patterns to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure client agreements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and manage top construction talent for various leadership and skilled roles.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement ensuring quality experiences.
- Provide consultative guidance on market conditions and hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with construction hiring managers and decision-makers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role.
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including roles and trends.
- Proven success in cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to drive business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in representation.
