  • Support manager research and portfolio analysis efforts in a dynamic investment environment.
  • Engage in structured two-year program with exposure to investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals to execute rigorous research processes.
  • Develop expertise in hedge funds, private investments, and capital markets.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct investment and operational due diligence on prospective managers.
  • Prepare research notes, memos, and updates for internal use.
  • Perform quantitative analysis and build exhibits in Excel.
  • Monitor and evaluate existing managers, including performance tracking.
  • Support portfolio construction efforts and scenario analysis.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Update performance databases and portfolio models regularly.
  • Conduct market research to inform macro views and portfolio positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, investing, or consulting preferred.
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with hedge funds, private investments, or capital markets beneficial.
