Overview
- Assist in billing rate analysis, alternative fee arrangements, and client budgeting to support financial operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design revenue-related reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor client and matter budgets, providing timely updates and follow-ups as necessary.
- Utilize financial software to generate accurate reports and metrics on a regular basis.
- Engage with client contacts to discuss periodic rate and budget matters effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of alternative fee arrangement methodologies.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct detailed analyses of billing rates and alternative fee arrangements for pricing proposals.
- Prepare client and matter budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Generate and distribute billing, collections, and realization reports on a scheduled basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop revenue-related reports and presentations.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss financial performance and budget adjustments.
- Utilize financial software to manage large datasets and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the implementation of alternative fee arrangements and financial strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field; law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Aderant and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information.
