Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process invoices and allocate general conditions items to projects using Sage Intacct software.
- Assist in tracking and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, including updating Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Communicate with subcontractors to obtain renewals and maintain compliance documentation.
- Support financial operations and contribute to accurate project accounting practices.
- Collaborate with team members to handle general conditions items and ensure proper allocation.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks to support accounting functions.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills in construction accounting and project budgets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
