POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Development Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division in New York City. This hybrid role combines full-desk recruiting and business development, offering the opportunity to network with top IT professionals and Fortune 500 companies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new IT staffing opportunities and expand client relationships.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for IT professionals, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates across various career stages.
- Utilize creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with leadership to assess and address evolving hiring needs and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability in cold calling, follow-ups, and establishing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
