Overview

  • Provide essential administrative and organizational support within a dynamic professional services environment, ensuring seamless operations and effective client relations.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external communications, facilitating efficient scheduling and coordination of activities.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM systems, enhancing marketing efforts and relationship tracking.
  • Assist in organizing firm events, client dinners, and tracking attorney speaking engagements to support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research projects, competitive analysis, and database management to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on honors and award submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and results are monitored.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings to support the client relations team effectively.
  • Maintain calendars for honors and award submissions, ensuring organized participation and tracking results.
  • Update and manage client information in CRM systems to support marketing and relationship tracking initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking client engagements and attorney speaking opportunities to optimize visibility and outreach.
  • Support firm events, client dinners, and social media analysis projects to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate on research projects for practice groups and assist with database organization and management.
  • Provide administrative support for detailed and complex projects to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure efficient coordination and communication within the client relations team to maintain high standards of service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field such as business or communications.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in professional services or a law firm environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Adobe Professional is highly desirable for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and client interactions.
