Overview

  • Drive strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue growth across assigned territories.
  • Promote ETF and mutual fund products through impactful presentations and advisor education sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and meet organizational sales objectives.
  • Develop tailored business plans to exceed territory-specific targets and enhance advisor engagement.
  • Utilize CRM systems to analyze market trends and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Travel extensively within assigned territories to build strong advisor relationships and drive product adoption.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, goal-oriented team environment focused on impactful results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Establish and nurture relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers to expand market reach.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations to effectively promote financial products.
  • Organize and lead advisor events and training sessions to deepen product knowledge and engagement.
  • Execute strategic business plans tailored to the unique needs of each territory.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize initiative impact and alignment.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to track activities, pipeline progress, and competitive trends.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to strengthen advisor relationships and achieve sales goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating strong academic preparation for the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or wholesaling; 10 years preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or 66) certifications required, depending on product line.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills essential for success.
  • Proven ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for maintaining activity logs and pipeline updates.
  • In-depth knowledge of ETF and mutual fund products and their market positioning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams.
