Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate all phases of data center construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.
• Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and resolving issues to maintain productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 25 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale and mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
