Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial construction projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, emphasizing mentoring and development of team members.
