Overview

  • Provide compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in an adult inpatient psychiatric setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with established protocols.
  • Participate actively in the healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient management.
  • Assess and document patients' conditions throughout the continuum of care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and therapeutic standards within the care environment.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed recovery care principles.
  • Valid CPR certification required.
  • Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient settings.
  • Strong crisis management and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations professionally and effectively.
