Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Participate actively in the healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient management.
- Assess and document patients' conditions throughout the continuum of care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain compliance with safety and therapeutic standards within the care environment.

Job Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.
- Understanding of trauma-informed recovery care principles.
- Valid CPR certification required.
- Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient settings.
- Strong crisis management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations professionally and effectively.
