Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets, assessing strategic and financial alignment.
• Develop valuation models and business cases to support M&A activities.

• Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical tools.
• Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and economic principles.
