Overview

  • Serve as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a dynamic dental practice, ensuring seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Guide patients through treatment plans, explaining procedures and addressing inquiries about costs and insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedule appointments based on dental procedures.
  • Explain treatment options, costs, and expected outcomes to patients, ensuring clear communication.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in practice management software.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dental coordination or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for patient interaction.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes preferred.
