Overview

  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth in the commercial construction industry.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic sales plans tailored to specific markets and business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Engage in consultative sales processes for deals exceeding $2M in value.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media, presentations, and event planning.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and establish relationships with strategic partners and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute lead qualification and demand generation processes.
  • Plan and conduct valuable meetings to support organizational strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and close deals.
  • Track and monitor sales pipelines using CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas with a commission structure.

Job Requirements
