Overview

- Direct HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Serve as Title IX liaison, ensuring adherence to regulations and institutional policies.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support for departmental success.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Promote equity and inclusion in recruitment, retention, and workplace practices.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in personnel records and HR systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strategic oversight of HR functions, including compliance, benefits, and professional development.
- Lead employee relations strategies, ensuring effective conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Enhance performance management processes, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion initiatives for a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risks effectively.
- Direct equitable recruitment practices and policy administration.
- Manage HR systems and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of ten years of HR administration experience.
- Three or more years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state HR regulations, including ADA, Title IX, and FMLA.
- Master’s Degree preferred, with progressive supervisory experience.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Experience as Title IX Coordinator or Deputy is advantageous.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain HR processes effectively.
