POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for an Accounting & Finance Full Desk Director to join our dynamic remote team specializing in staffing and recruiting for accounting and finance roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-desk recruitment efforts within the accounting and finance vertical, managing both client relationships and candidate sourcing.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and market presence.
- Utilize advanced ATS systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top accounting and finance professionals.
- Analyze candidate profiles and resumes to match specialized skills with client requirements.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
- Engage with professional networks and associations to enhance visibility and attract passive candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-desk recruitment or business development within accounting and finance.
- Proficient in utilizing ATS systems and sourcing tools for candidate identification and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance industry trends, skills, and organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
