POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing division specializing in professional services roles. Based in Frederick, Maryland, this hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a successful and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is driven, experienced in recruitment, and passionate about connecting top talent with professional services opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates across various industries and career stages.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications aligned with professional services positions.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and establish strategic recruitment goals.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions for business development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within professional services; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of professional services industries and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team setting.
