Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily trade reconciliation and corporate action analysis with precision and timeliness.
  • Resolve trade discrepancies and maintain operational integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate with brokers and counterparties to ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement enhancements and optimize operational processes.
  • Document technical requirements and recommend solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Support new market, product, and fund initiatives with operational expertise and insights.
  • Contribute to refining operational procedures and maintaining high standards of excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and equity derivatives operations.
  • Strong skills in corporate action processing and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
