Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Oversee and guide third-party administrators on non-standard transactions and reporting accuracy.
- Review and validate accounting outputs, including NAV support and capital activity documentation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and reports, ensuring data integrity.
- Support operational processes such as bank account setup, broker onboarding, and trade settlements.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including new fund launches and operational process enhancements.
- Implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or middle office roles.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in private credit or equity investment structures.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
