- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and compliant development processes.

- Provide mentorship on DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve system reliability and performance metrics.
- Participate in on-call rotations, addressing production incidents with swift resolutions.
- Ensure compliance and security adherence within regulated environments.
- Collaborate with architects to implement modernization roadmaps and optimize infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
- Integrate toolchains for enhanced traceability and build integrity.
- Implement and manage secrets management and automated keystore solutions.
- Monitor and configure Kibana alerts, utilizing ELK Stack logs for troubleshooting.
- Standardize and secure Dockerfiles to meet stringent security requirements.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools for compliance.
- Support AWS service adoption and transition to managed services.
- Mentor teams on best practices for DevOps and cloud-native technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
- Active Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development and DevSecOps.
- 5+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation in secure environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system reliability improvements.
