Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine estimates and project plans.
- Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive and realistic estimates.
- Participate in bid preparation and submission processes, ensuring compliance with client expectations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, with 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools used in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost estimation.
