Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to lead research and due diligence initiatives in private capital funds.
  • Focus on content creation, client engagement, and evaluating market conditions in private equity, credit, real estate, and real assets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute investment product strategies and launches.
  • Serve as a product lead, managing marketing plans and demand assessments for new product launches.
  • Support sales enablement by arranging calls, managing client data, and developing compelling product materials.
  • Utilize data platforms to generate analytics and maintain reports tracking competitive landscape and investment performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead workflows across research and education teams, focusing on private markets analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop insightful collateral, including fund research and competitive intelligence, to support broader initiatives.
  • Partner with senior team members to execute investment product launches and marketing strategies.
  • Manage client data and information requests, addressing concerns and enhancing client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maintain compelling product materials and presentations.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries, demonstrating knowledge and market perspective.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • 4-8 years of experience in product specialist, internal sales, or investor relations roles within the alternatives space.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and private markets data platforms.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to continuous professional development and team improvement.
