Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct construction administration activities, including scheduling, shop drawings, and field observations.
- Prepare reports on change orders, pay requests, and project progress.
- Oversee project staff, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to standards.
- Execute multiple projects, maintaining quality and financial objectives.
- Mentor junior staff, rotating them through construction phases for skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve construction challenges effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural projects, with expertise in construction administration.
- Proficiency in Revit and industry-standard construction administration software like Pro-Core.
- Strong technical abilities to oversee all aspects of project construction.
- Experience in PT concrete high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and parking structures.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to execute construction administration standards efficiently within contract goals.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff during construction phases.
