  • Lead architectural projects with a focus on construction administration, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with owners and contractors to address challenges in time-sensitive environments.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and performance-enhancing feedback during construction phases.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to financial goals.
  • Utilize advanced software tools like Revit and Pro-Core for project oversight and administration.
  • Maintain proactive client relationships, delivering updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Contribute to high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and parking structure projects in Southern U.S.
  • Ensure projects emphasize efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance throughout construction phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct construction administration activities, including scheduling, shop drawings, and field observations.
  • Prepare reports on change orders, pay requests, and project progress.
  • Oversee project staff, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to standards.
  • Execute multiple projects, maintaining quality and financial objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff, rotating them through construction phases for skill development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve construction challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural and construction standards and codes.
  • Provide periodic briefings to senior management on project needs and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural projects, with expertise in construction administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit and industry-standard construction administration software like Pro-Core.
  • Strong technical abilities to oversee all aspects of project construction.
  • Experience in PT concrete high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and parking structures.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute construction administration standards efficiently within contract goals.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior staff during construction phases.
