Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop design concepts and documentation for architectural projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate the work of consulting engineers and project team members.
  • Ensure quality control through adherence to project delivery standards.
  • Oversee project schedules and workflows to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and design reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • NCIDQ or ARE certification preferred; LEED accreditation is a plus.
