Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop design concepts and documentation for architectural projects.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate the work of consulting engineers and project team members.
- Ensure quality control through adherence to project delivery standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- NCIDQ or ARE certification preferred; LEED accreditation is a plus.
