Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Job Captain, coordinating architectural projects with a focus on design and execution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools for drafting and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout project phases.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative, multi-dimensional architectural designs.
  • Support junior team members in technical and design aspects.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and develop detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project integration.
  • Monitor project progress and address technical challenges promptly.
  • Prepare and review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure design fidelity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and multi-dimensional design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
