Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee architectural design and execution for commercial renovation and new construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any arising issues.
  • Lead design team meetings to review project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs meet client expectations and functional requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven expertise in commercial renovations and ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
