Overview

  • Manage front-office initiatives in investment banking advisory, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors and deal professionals to drive project execution and deliver measurable workflow efficiency improvements.
  • Translate banker requirements into structured project plans, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate across Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Provide executive-ready updates to senior stakeholders, showcasing project progress and results.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet front-office usability standards.
  • Operate independently in high-pressure environments, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
  • Support initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams, enhancing visibility and coordination across engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead end-to-end execution of investment banking advisory initiatives, ensuring alignment with origination and execution priorities.
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics, translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations, to drive project delivery.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and scope in dynamic deal settings, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet usability standards and business requirements.
  • Enhance workflow efficiency for bankers, delivering measurable improvements and supporting revenue-generating activities.
  • Collaborate with sponsor coverage teams and deal professionals to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory environments.
  • Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams and revenue-producing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, including origination and closing processes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in high-pressure environments, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
  • Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
  • Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
