Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead execution of initiatives aligned with origination and execution priorities in investment banking advisory.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics to ensure effective delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Provide executive-ready updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet usability standards.
- Collaborate with sponsor coverage teams and deal professionals to drive delivery of initiatives.
- Support automation and AI-enabled productivity initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication and stakeholder management in fast-moving deal settings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory.
- Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, from origination to closing.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams.
- Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
- Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
