Technical Project Manager – Advanced Data Analytics

Overview

• Lead project management for advanced data analytics initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, from prototypes to production.
• Maintain project portfolio visibility, including priorities, statuses, and dependencies.
• Operate in a hybrid work environment with three days onsite per week.
• Support intake and prioritization processes as the team scales coverage.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools and data science products.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project plans across multiple data science and AI workstreams.
• Track progress through delivery lifecycle, ensuring seamless handoffs and managing blockers.
• Facilitate team meetings, tracking decisions, open items, and follow-ups.
• Maintain RAID logs, surfacing risks and dependencies proactively.
• Produce concise status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support agile or hybrid delivery environments with iterative execution.
• Escalate blockers early, articulating impact and options effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating with data scientists and engineers without technical coding expertise.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data science product delivery is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
