Overview

  • Lead the financial strategy for the Global Technology budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and actionable insights.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Global Head of Technology, delivering financial guidance and risk management solutions.
  • Drive process improvements in financial reporting, enhancing accuracy and reducing manual tasks.
  • Standardize global technology cost allocation processes, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with corporate finance teams to elevate reporting accuracy and financial integrity.
  • Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis of spend versus budget and run-rate comparisons.
  • Support vendor selection and investment decisions with cost-benefit analyses and long-term financial planning.
  • Mentor finance teams to align processes and reporting standards globally.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Fully own the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes for the Global Technology division.
  • Deliver accurate financial summaries and actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Enhance efficiency in monthly close processes, reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy.
  • Develop and implement standardized allocation processes for shared technology costs.
  • Align technology-related spending across global operations to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in reporting and financial processes across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with expertise in global technology financial support.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and complex management reporting processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail for performing complex financial analyses.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present financial materials to senior leadership and investors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with leadership and external auditors.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement within financial operations.
  • Ability to mentor teams and standardize financial reporting processes globally.
