Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Recruiter on a contract basis, supporting full-cycle recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles within a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational goals.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Support branding and engagement initiatives, including job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events.
  • Provide flexibility in work hours, with hybrid in-office days and remote work options.
  • Contribute to the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and pivot focus as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various recruitment channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and participate in local branding and engagement events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
  • Experience in organizing and participating in branding and engagement events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and a strong sense of urgency in meeting recruitment goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
