Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the Time & Attendance Optimization Program to enhance workforce management and payroll integration processes.
  • Drive structure and accountability across multi-workstream initiatives involving Payroll Operations, HRIS, and IT Integration.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and align dependencies for successful project execution.
  • Facilitate workshops, document decisions, and escalate conflicts or blockers to leadership.
  • Establish governance cadence and maintain core project artifacts for streamlined operations.
  • Deliver executive-ready communications, including status reports and roadmap summaries.
  • Support payroll stabilization through readiness cadence and defect triage coordination.
  • Manage change control processes for workforce management configuration and integration updates.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate vendor relationships and align dependencies for seamless integration and optimization.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document decisions, and escalate conflicts to leadership.
  • Establish and maintain integrated program plans, scope boundaries, and success criteria.
  • Operationalize payroll controls, including validations and reconciliation checkpoints.
  • Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Enforce change control for configuration and integration updates, ensuring quality standards.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and lead steering committee meetings.
  • Produce executive-ready discovery readouts and phased roadmap summaries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management delivering enterprise HCM or payroll technology programs.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and Oracle Payroll integration.
  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills for decision-ready updates.
  • Experience supporting payroll parallel testing and stabilization processes.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Oracle Payroll is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs effectively.
