Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze, design, and implement enterprise applications and solutions for end-user computing.
  • Deploy enterprise software with user personalization across physical and virtual desktops.
  • Integrate and support end-user applications, ensuring compatibility and performance.
  • Monitor application and system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Configure operating systems and system-level settings to optimize security and user experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Document technical processes and configurations thoroughly for future reference.
  • Mentor junior engineers and cross-train IT staff to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in application integration or systems engineering.
  • Expertise in Windows OS customization, Group Policy, and Intune policy configuration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and enterprise troubleshooting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.
  • Advanced PowerShell and SQL skills for automation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of legal applications and collaboration software integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create detailed technical documentation.
