Overview

  • Lead marketing and outreach efforts for a healthcare organization focused on senior care services.
  • Drive census growth and enrollment processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to promote organizational values and mission.
  • Develop and implement strategies for community engagement and referral source relationships.
  • Oversee team performance metrics and reporting to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage department budget and align performance with financial objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to prioritize projects and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Outreach and Enrollment Team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities to achieve census growth goals.
  • Coordinate intake and enrollment processes, implementing improvements for efficiency and conversion.
  • Track and report team performance metrics, ensuring proper use of Salesforce.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community.
  • Ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines for enrollment workflows.
  • Develop and manage department budget, aligning performance with financial goals.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to report metrics and address challenges proactively.
  • Lead and mentor the Outreach and Enrollment Team to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; additional management experience may substitute.
  • Minimum five years of supervisory experience, with two years in senior healthcare services preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data-driven organizations, leveraging reports for decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and achieve strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of DHCS and CMS guidelines for enrollment compliance.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
