Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and enhance retrieval-based AI systems and workflow-driven applications.
• Develop and optimize AI agents for multi-step legal workflows.
• Apply RAG design patterns to improve system accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct structured experimentation to refine prompts and retrieval strategies.
• Contribute to data ingestion, cleaning, and indexing processes for AI applications.
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI tools in production environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for secure and scalable deployments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with vector databases and similarity search technologies.
• Understanding of RAG architectures and retrieval optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise environments.
