Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects in heavy civil contracting, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in heavy civil contracting or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
