Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality project design.
