  • Lead and oversee the concrete operations for a reputable general contractor specializing in self-performing concrete projects.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of concrete projects, including high-rise buildings and parking garages.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals in the concrete division.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
