Job Description

Overview

  • Lead product and project management for HR-related enterprise applications in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize application functionality and governance.
  • Develop product strategies aligned with business requirements and user needs.
  • Ensure adherence to information security, change management, and vendor management standards.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including backlog prioritization and feature delivery.
  • Support HR-related tools and systems, ensuring effective implementation and optimization.
  • Coordinate upgrades, feature releases, and user training for enterprise applications.
  • Act as the primary vendor liaison, facilitating contract renewals and roadmap assessments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with HR and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain governance documents and ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align applications with business needs and best practices.
  • Evaluate and oversee data integrations, ensuring proper review and approval.
  • Coordinate project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for HR initiatives.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or project management.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience managing HR-related enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, including HRIS and talent management platforms.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
