Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA certification is highly preferred and advantageous for this role.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in property management and real estate finance is essential.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are critical for success.
