Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prioritize and manage the CEO’s calendar, resolving conflicts and optimizing scheduling.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring effective follow-up actions.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and review executive-level documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with preference for 15 years supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including advanced calendar management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
