Overview

  • Design innovative architectural solutions that align with client goals and aesthetic standards, ensuring functionality and creativity in every project.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs and construction documentation using advanced tools and methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed 3D renderings and walkthrough animations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all phases of architectural design, from conceptualization to construction observation, ensuring project success.
  • Engage with clients, vendors, and consultants to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute to functional programming and space planning to create purposeful and efficient environments.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage comprehensive Revit models for diverse architectural projects, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Create detailed construction document sets with minimal oversight, adhering to project specifications and standards.
  • Design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Prepare high-quality renderings and presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Participate in construction observation, ensuring design integrity and adherence to project plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the selection of design elements, materials, and finishes to create unique and purposeful spaces.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Core & Shell/Base Building and healthcare projects is preferred.
  • Architectural licensure is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
