Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare high-quality renderings and presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts.

- Participate in construction observation, ensuring design integrity and adherence to project plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to the selection of design elements, materials, and finishes to create unique and purposeful spaces.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Core & Shell/Base Building and healthcare projects is preferred.
- Architectural licensure is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
