Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; CPA certification mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting experience; private credit expertise preferred.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, investment accounting, and valuation methodologies.
- Proven leadership in managing internal teams and third-party administrators.
- Experience with multi-location team management and quarterly travel capability.
