- Monitor cash balances and ensure adequate funding for upcoming obligations.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, allocating transactions for personal and household expenses.

- Identify and implement process improvements using advanced tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage end-to-end treasury operations, ensuring invoice accuracy and proper approval processes.
- Liaise with banking partners to facilitate financial transactions and maintain liquidity.
- Reconcile financial accounts and manage credit card transactions for personal and household expenses.
- Maintain organized financial records and support administrative functions, including mail routing and check deposits.
- Implement process improvements leveraging tools like Ramp and exploring AI-driven solutions.
- Track expenditures against budgets and flag variances or unusual activities for review.
- Support vendor onboarding, including collecting banking details and verifying legitimacy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in finance or accounting.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, operations, or administration.
- Prior experience in a family office or financial services environment preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive financial information responsibly.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for process improvements and financial management.
