Job Description

Overview

  • Assist the sales team by providing administrative and operational support to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and organized database management.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to support order entry and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Assist in setting up and managing new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
  • Follow up with customers to address concerns and maintain strong relationships.
  • Support accounts receivable collections and help resolve past due accounts.
  • Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and advance within the team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
